The Grant provides up to 50% of proposed project costs for an exterior project up to $20,000.00. Maximum Grant not to exceed $10,000.00 for exterior improvements. Approval amount dependent on façade improvements proposed and completed. Complete application (link below) and make a “good faith” effort to submit 2 estimates for each component of the total project.
